E33E: Silver Hair Visa (Retirement Visa)

    1. Live in Indonesia
    2. Travel to and from Indonesia as many times you want
  4. You must
    1. Report accounts in state-owned banks to the immigration office within 90 days after the date of entry
    2. Be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia
    3. Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws
  5. Other information
    1. If you meet the conditions, you will automatically obtain the Electronic Limited Stay Permit (e-ITAS) and the Re-Entry Permit upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint (You do not need to go to the immigration office to obtain a Limited Stay Permit and Re-Entry Permit)
    2. Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges
    3. In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office

    1. Valid Nationality Passport at least 12 (twelve) months

    4. Statement of commitment that the applicant will deposit funds in an account in his/her own name worth at least US$ 50,000 (fifty thousand US Dollars) in a state-owned bank
    5. Proof of income or benefits with a minimum value of US$ 3,000 (three thousand US Dollars) per month

  8. How to apply for the visa
    1. Access the application through  molina.imigrasi.go.id  . Click the login menu and click Register to create an Account.
      If you already have an account, enter your user name and password then click Submit button
    2. Choose the visa type that you want to apply
    3. Complete your personal and passport information then click Submit button
    4. Check your email notification, click Activate to activate your account, then continue to log in using your username and password
    5. Go to Home menu then click Apply button (or go to Application menu) to apply your e-visa
    6. Complete your visa application form, click submit button to continue, then process the payment
    7. Click Make a payment to process, complete your credit card data, then click Pay Now
      Online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logos are acceptable
    8. Complete and check your payment.
      Once the payment is successful, e-visa will be processed. You will receive email notification after your e-visa is ready.

    3. Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws
  5. Other information

      4. Proof of share ownership in companies outside Indonesia contained in the parent company's financial audit report from an international standard public accounting fim.
      5. Proof of turnover/sales value at least US$ 25.000.000 in companies abroad contained in financial statements that have been audited by an international standard 
      6. Statement of commitment that the Applicant will establish a company in Indonesia with issued capital (shares) or investment value of at least US$2.500.000 (two million and five hudred US dollars) for stay period up to 5 years within 90 (ninety) days from the date of entry into Indonesia.
  7. For a stay of 10 years, you must provide:
    1. Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
    2. Proof of living expenses of at least US$5000 (five thousand American dollars) or equivalent.
    3. Latest color photograph.
    4. Proof of share ownership in companies outside Indonesia contained in the parent company's financial audit report from an international standard public accounting fim.
    5. Proof of turnover/sales value at least US$ 50.000.000 in companies abroad contained in financial statements that have been audited by an international standard
    6. Statement of commitment that the Applicant will establish a company in Indonesia with issued capital (shares) or investment value of at least US$5.000.000 (five million US dollars) for stay period up to 10 years within 90 (ninety) days from the date of entry into Indonesia.

      1. Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
      2. Proof of living expenses of at least US$5000 (five thousand American dollars) or equivalent.
      3. Latest color photograph.
      4. Statement of commitment that must be fulfilled within 90 (ninety) days from the date of entry into Indonesia, such as;
        • Purchase of Indonesian Government bonds worth USD 700.000 (seven hundred US Dollars) for stay period up to 10 years or
        • Purchase of shares or mutual funds in public companies in Indonesia worth USD 700.000 (seven hundred US Dollars) for stay period up to 10 years or
        • Purchase of flat or apartment worth at least US$1,000,000 (one million US Dollars) for stay period up to 10 years.

    1. Access the application through  molina.imigrasi.go.id  . Click the login menu and click Register to create an Account.
      If you already have an account, enter your user name and password then click Submit button
    2. Choose the visa type that you want to apply
    3. Complete your personal and passport information then click Submit button
    4. Check your email notification, click Activate to activate your account, then continue to log in using your username and password
    5. Go to Home menu then click Apply button (or go to Application menu) to apply your e-visa
    6. Complete your visa application form, click submit button to continue, then process the payment
    7. Click Make a payment to process, complete your credit card data, then click Pay Now
      Online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logos are acceptable
